Additional Services

Additional time beyond your selected package is at a rate of $100 per hour. However, additional time is subject to availability. If you feel certain that the size or events of your wedding will extend beyond your allotted coverage, consider upgrading one package level to ensure availability. Mileage is covered in each package. However, weddings requiring extended travel will assess 50 cents

per mile and any lodging or additional expenses if applicable. Weddings that require us to travel out of area will incur special fees.

Engagement Portraiture

Engagement portraits are an important part of your wedding story. Not only do they supply newspaper announcement prints but are also used for gifts and even wedding invitations. It is also appropriate to include a small selection for your engagement session in your wedding album. Photographs from your engagement

session are fully retouched portrait grade prints and are billed from our portrait price list. Please ask for a copy of our individual pricing. Complimentary with select packages Studio session $125 includes newspaper glossy and one 8x10 portrait

Outdoor session $300 includes newspaper glossy and the prints up to 4 - 8x10

Rehearsal Dinner and/or Showers $200

Includes: Two hours of coverage and up to 20 4x5 images in a small album.

Additional coverage is available at the rate of $100 per hour.

Tips and Suggestions

Below are several suggestions that not only make photographing you go easier, but also helps the entire day flow more smoothly. It is our intentions to not only provide you with the best possible photography but also to do it in a non-conspicuous manner.

Punctuality

Probably the most important thing to instill in your wedding party members is being on time. We have only a limited time to work without taking you from your guest. If people are late, we must do one of three things:

• 1. Skip some photographs that you should have,
• 2. Rush through the photographs, and stressed photographs don't turn out well,
• 3. Make your guest wait.

If you know someone in your party has a problem with being on time, tell then to arrive a half-hour before they are actually needed. The best time to inform everyone about times is at the rehearsal when you have him or her all present.

Pre-Wedding Photography

In our area, many still think that seeing the groom prior to the wedding is bad luck. This is a 13th century superstition. Actually the first time you see each other should be romantic and special not with stage fright as you walk down the aisle. Please trust us, this will be the only time you will spend alone all day. The advantages are enormous. Taking the photographs before the ceremony allows time for creativity. It also

keeps you fresh for the photographs rather than after you have cried, people have hugged you, smeared your makeup and pulled your veil. Second, it relieves you of a great deal of pressure. Stage fright and the stress of hurrying fueled by the dreaded sentence ”the guests are waiting,” is unnerving. With photographs taken before

the ceremony, you gracefully exit and go directly to the reception where you can enjoy your wedding guests. In all of our weddings, we have never had a bride sorry that she had her formal photographs taken before the ceremony.

Family

Please inform us if there are unique family relationships we need to be aware of. We are always glad to accommodate your request, it is important that we never make anyone uncomfortable standing next to someone they would rather not be with. We also do not want to forget the special “Uncle Bill’s” of the

family. Please provide us with a list and someone to help us collect them.

The Fine Print - Terms

We require a minimum of 50% to reserve your date and time. This retainer will go towards your total package order. Because we turn away other weddings and appointments for your reserved date, in the event that you cancel, the original retainer is non refundable. The balance of your minimum order is due 14 days

prior to your wedding date. Those planning well in advance may wish to make several payments rather than just one.

Delivery

Your completed album should be ready between four and six week following the wedding. Because of the

custom nature of our product, there are times when it might take longer.

Copyright

Federal copyright laws protect all professional photographs and photographers. It is in violation of these laws

for any image from Imagery Photos by Michael Photography to be copied or scanned for any purpose without written consent.
